The Pitch (deadline March 12)

Would you like to make a film with us? Join our Pitch Night!

Video Power invites filmmakers and artists to present their projects to an independent jury during our Pitch Night. The chosen project will receive artistic coaching, production support, and access to our equipment and professional network. Once the project is completed, we will also assist with distribution.

The pitch is open to people of all ages, experience levels and educational backgrounds. We are interested in artist moving-image projects that show a singular perspective and strong voice. We don't shy away from projects that are hard to categorize or that fall outside of conventional media styles and channels. That's what we're looking for!

How to apply for the pitch: make a short video of 1 – 3 minutes in which you communicate your vision and intention for your project, and how you believe we can support you. Send this video to info@videopower.eu.

After an initial selection, you will be invited for an (online) conversation. In that conversation, we want to make sure your project is feasible and can be realized with the available resources and we will provide coaching to prepare you to pitch the film to our outside jury who will make the ultimate selection of works. 

Up to five people can participate during the pitch event. From the Pitch session, one project will be chosen.
